| In
the heart of rolling Hampshire countryside, a mile and a half from the
pretty village of West Tytherley, this extremely spacious cottage has
been tastefully converted from the former dairy. Situated on a 60 acre
arable farm it is some way from the main farmhouse and is therefore
private and very quiet. There is much in the area to see and do. Within half an hour's
drive are the historic cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester,
Broadlands House, former home of Lord Mountbatten, Mottisfont Abbey and
Garden, Marwell Zoo, Stonehenge and The New Forest, ideal for walking,
riding, cycling and picnics. Also within easy driving distance is
Portsmouth, home of the Tudor warship, The Mary Rose, and Nelson's
H.M.S. Victory.
The Old Dairy has been restored so as to retain the character of a
barn, with many exposed beams, timbers and interior brick walls. There
are old pine and flagstone floors with rugs, and furnishings which
reflect the more rustic style of a country barn. ** Special Price Discounts **
